The Site Reliability Engineer will take ownership of the be responsible for development and maintenance of our enterprise CRM and Application Tracking System (ATS), which automate complete tradecraft of Recruiters. In collaboration with the Development team, you will:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing, deploying, scaling and maintaining MySQL and AWS environments for a live commercial product with 24/7 uptime.

  • Aim for 100% uptime and enable interoperable systems to quickly recover from any downtime with seamless failovers.

  • Implement and enhance observability and reporting in the CRM through meaningful logs and visualizations.
