We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our growing company. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our company’s IT systems and network infrastructure
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery in case of system failure
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
• Configure, deploy and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of our company’s data and network
• Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to our existing systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in system administration or a related role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with queries and report writing 
• Experience with network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/TLS encryption
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
