Our client, a boutique commercial real estate law firm based in Mesa, AZ is looking for a Real Estate Attorney to join their team on a hybrid remote role on a full-time basis. If you enjoy and are really good at real estate law, consulting directly with clients at your current firm, but want more autonomy please keep reading.

 

The client-facing commercial Real Estate Attorney will be empowered, both by taking on existing projects (conducting all due diligence, drafting contracts, and negotiating on behalf of the client), and also by working directly with new clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct due diligence, such as title and survey review
  • Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, from commercial leases to purchase contracts
  • Prepare demand letters
  • Work autonomously and directly with clients, empowered to run the full life cycle of each project


Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in transactional real estate law, with a focus on commercial leasing, as well as real property purchase and sale agreements
  • A proven track record of the ability to work directly with clients
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Arizona bar admission
