Real Estate Attorney

Empower Associates

Our client, a boutique law firm based in Mesa, AZ that specializes in commercial real estate law, is looking for a Real Estate Attorney to join their team on a 100% remote role and hourly contract basis (1099 or C2C). If you enjoy and are really good at real estate law, consulting directly with clients at your current firm, but don’t like your current firm’s culture, their strict, in-office work requirements, management style, and/or pay structure, and want more autonomy, maybe even feeling like you want to break out on your own, but don’t want to deal with all the headache of setting up a firm, please keep reading.

The client-facing commercial Real Estate Attorney will be empowered, both by taking on existing projects (conducting all due diligence, drafting contracts, and negotiating on behalf of the client), and also by working directly with new clients.

The growing law firm is interested in working with the most qualified commercial Real Estate Attorney candidates in the market, whether it be on a part-time or full-time basis, ideally on a contract-to-hire trajectory, where you work primarily or solely with our client, but that is not a requirement. Therefore, please apply, even if you are not necessarily interested in or available for full-time work.
