– Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher
Responsibilities:
Team & Operations Management
– Oversee daily operations and maintain the highest standards across all departments
– Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage with minimal overtime
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide both constructive feedback and recognition
– Hire, onboard, and develop new team members
– Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
– Set clear goals for the team and hold them accountable
Safety & Cleanliness
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
– Monitor staff adherence to safety and cleaning protocols
– Address behavioral issues and implement action plans when needed
– Ensure completion of all shift tasks before team members depart
– Maintain adequate supply levels and place timely orders
Financial & Administrative
– Manage staffing budgets, supply costs, and other controllable expenses
– Track revenue and complete weekly financial reports
– Process payroll accurately, including time tracking and overtime calculations
– Collaborate with senior leadership on key operational concerns and initiatives
– Drive revenue through upselling and service evaluations
Customer Service & Facility Presentation
– Ensure a professional and welcoming front desk environment
– Set the standard for customer interactions, emphasizing smile, story, and satisfaction
– Maintain high customer satisfaction and online review ratings
– Organize and manage in-store events and community engagement
– Lead by example and keep the team energized, motivated, and focused
Requirements:
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
– Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Detail-oriented and emotionally intelligent
– Quick thinker with a proactive mindset
– Sales and marketing experience is a plus
