This position is well suited for a recently admitted lawyer or someone with limited professional experience who is eager to build practical legal skills while working directly with clients and experienced attorneys.
The role provides hands-on exposure to casework, opportunities to participate in court proceedings, and guidance from senior attorneys within a collaborative professional environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and professional correspondence.

Communicate with clients regarding case progress and strategic considerations.

Attend hearings, mediations, and other court-related proceedings.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case preparation.

Maintain well-organized case documentation and ensure compliance with court schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications

Active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.

Newly admitted attorney or up to three years of legal practice experience.

Compensation
