Prior to recruiting, I spent a number of years in Accounting and Finance. I really enjoyed aspects of each position I had, but there was always something missing. Recruiting has given me that missing piece. I love working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven job, while meeting new people and having a positive impact on their lives and livelihoods. I love solving the "puzzle" of matching someone with their "ideal" opportunity.

For over 10 years now, I've been matching great candidates with better career and life opportunities. Getting to know the candidates and clients I work with to determine what that "ideal fit" looks and feels like is what I love about recruiting. My goal is to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.
