Bio
Jeff spent his entire career helping people and businesses get unstuck — sometimes through hiring, sometimes through strategy, and sometimes by simply helping them see their situation more clearly. His passion for small business goes way back. He grew up around founders who built companies from scratch, including his father back in the days when bookkeeping meant long green ledgers.
Now, we’re in an era where smart tools and AI can do in minutes what used to take hours — but for many small-business owners, that pace of change feels overwhelming. They know things could be easier… they just don’t know where to start.
Jeff's own career has traveled the same arc. He's worked in marketing, accounting, business development, and executive recruiting. Each step taught me something different: how to simplify complex systems, how to improve processes, how to understand people, and how to connect strategy to action. And through all of it, one theme kept showing up — he's at his best when he's helping someone build a business that actually works for them.
What motivates Jeff most today is helping leaders reconnect with why they started their business in the first place. When founders feel buried under the day-to-day, the spark fades. But once you realign their goals, simplify their world, and make their business easier to run, that spark comes back fast — and everything changes: confidence, energy, and results.
