Each Associate personally keeps the lion’s share of the gross margin (80%). In addition to providing the entire back office support, we set up sales & recruiting automation (our secret sauce), give free access to major job boards, and provide support & coaching, so that each new Associate closes deals sooner and without all the financial risk of going it alone. There are no signup or upfront costs — all you pay is 20% of the gross margin of the deals you close. Simple. The ideal Associate is someone who already comes from the recruiting and staffing industry as a top producer with years of experience, but who also feels that they are leaving both their potential and money on their employer’s table. Our Associates, who come from perm, contract, split or blended desk backgrounds, have all felt like they had grown professionally beyond what their corporate employer could provide.
