My recruiting career began in 2001 with Onsite Companies, which later became Aerotek, where I worked out of their Orange County office. I spent over 23 years at Aerotek, specializing in recruiting for their Skilled Trades Division. Driven by a passion for helping people, I have partnered with candidates and clients across various industries, including manufacturing, warehouse, construction, oil & gas, and corporate sectors.
