Exceptional Career Opportunity for a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer at a large, prestigious global technology company!

 

This hybrid role starts as a 6-12 month contract with potential for extensions and is based in San Jose, CA. It requires relocation if not already local and an on-site presence 1-3 days per week.

 

The hourly pay rate is $90-100.

 

Required qualifications:

 

  • 8+ years of professional experience as a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
  • Mandatory semiconductor industry experience
  • 10+ years in IT development, implementation, or consulting in software or internet industries
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and/or infrastructure technical environments
  • Strong client presentation, written, and verbal (English) communication skills required

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with customer executives and architects to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend cloud architectures in line with their long-term business needs
  • Drive technical solutions with customers to solve complex technical problems and use your knowledge to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
  • Scope and own customer engagements, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria
  • Define and deliver customer solutions by engaging both internal teams and partners
  • Share the voice of the customer and proactively work within the organization to influence the evolution of its products and services
