About the Role

Our client, a well-established and expanding law practice, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support a broad range of commercial dispute matters. This opportunity is ideal for a California-licensed attorney with several years of litigation experience who is looking to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. The firm values professionalism, strong client service, and effective teamwork, while offering the support of experienced legal staff and modern operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform legal analysis and case research for active litigation matters
  • Draft and revise motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and client communications
  • Prepare documentation and filings related to ongoing client matters
  • Appear in court proceedings and argue motions when required
  • Evaluate case strategy and recommend practical approaches aligned with client objectives
  • Coordinate with attorneys and support personnel regarding case management, billing, and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in California, in good standing
  • Approximately 3–5+ years of experience handling business or commercial litigation matters
  • Ability to manage assignments independently with limited oversight
  • Strong written advocacy, legal research, and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with legal software platforms and digital case management tools
