Revenue Cycle Manager

A well-established company in Roseville, CA is looking for a dynamic and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and manage our revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management, a proven track record of driving process improvement and maximizing revenue, and enjoys a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including charge capture, coding, billing, collections, and payment posting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle team, including staffing, training, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and CMS.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, external vendors, and payers.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the revenue cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in revenue cycle software and technology.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws, including HIPAA and CMS.
